Once you are referred to us for support your Case Manager or JobCoach will discuss with you your interests, needs, goals and your existing skills and will work with you to create a personal action plan to help you in your journey into work.

The jobactive program provides jobseekers with services to help find and keep a job. The jobactive service is generally available if you receive an income support payment such as Newstart Allowance, Youth Allowance, or Parenting Payment and have mutual obligation requirements. Our team can help you look for work, gain the skills and confidence required for an interview, get skills that local employers need, and to then thrive in your new role.
If you’re a person with a disability looking for work, training or support, we can help. Our JobCoaches offer holistic support across the entire employment journey, helping those with a disability, injury or mental health condition find fulfilling work. An initiative supported and funded by the Australian government, Disability Employment Services are free to access. Even when we find you the job you’ve been looking for, there’s no cost to you.
Our Discovery process allows you to lead the way as we learn about your interests, skills, preferences and goals, then we brainstorm the possibilities together. We don’t rush this process as we believe it is a critical step in finding employment that is rewarding and sustainable as it promotes a good fit between the participant and business.

Taking care of a child is no easy task and can make finding employment difficult. Our ParentsNext program is here to prepare parents with children under the age of six who receive Parenting Payments to start their journey back into the workforce, whether your goals are career-driven, family-focused or somewhere in-between.
Through the Youth Employment Partnership (YEP Australia) we deliver job-ready services for the Transition to Work program.
For people aged 15-24 in Adelaide and Sydney, we’re able to provide an engaging and personal way for youths to develop practical skills, access education and training and find employment that reflects their plans for the future.

The Jobs Victoria program is dedicated to helping young Melbournians become job-ready and placed into fulfilling employment.
We cover all aspects of getting job-ready, including building confidence, resume writing and interview skills. We’re here to listen to our jobseekers, and we understand the frustrations and barriers that can get in the way of employment. We can help jobseekers gain valuable skills and experience to build a career and remain in long-term employment.
For some, starting a business can seem like nothing more than a dream. However, this isn’t for jobseekers who undertake the New Business Assistance with NEIS program.
This program supports jobseekers to turn their business dreams into reality. New Business Assistance with NEIS helps individuals who aren’t currently in work or education, learn the ins and outs of creating a successful startup. We work closely with our participants to offer them accredited small business training and personal business mentoring and support, within the first year of their business venture. Our engaging and understanding mentors are experts in the world of self-employment and are with our participants every step of the way.
As part of our services to support job seekers find meaningful and sustainable work, we provide a range of health and social care services designed to help you overcome barriers to work.
Finding and maintaining employment can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. That’s why we provide and assistance for those who may experience difficulties with their mental health. Our understanding team of Allied Health professionals are made up of psychologists and social workers who are qualified experts in helping people overcome their barriers to employment. By providing a safe and judgment free environment, we can assess the underlying issues our clients may be facing, and guide them in the right direction to manage their health concerns.

We are dedicated to championing initiatives that will truly make a difference to our wider Australian and Indigenous community. This is why we deliver employment, career development, and vocational training to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in culturally-sensitive and supportive work environments.
We also have indigenous staff who are experts at guiding and mentoring our indigenous clients with the aim to help them find work.
